Paper
How to use it
Print at 100% / “Actual size”
In the print dialog, turn off “Fit to page” and choose 100% or “Actual size”.
Check the ruler
Lay a real ruler on the printed ruler. The 0 to 5 mark must be exactly 50 mm.
Cut
Cut out the strip along its outline with scissors.
Wrap and read
Wrap the strip around the finger, line it up with START and read the size at the line. Or lay a ring on the circles.
Check: on the printed ruler, 0 to 5 must measure exactly 50 mm and 0 to 10 exactly 100 mm.
FAQ
How do I know it printed at the right size?
Measure the ruler with a real ruler. 0 to 5 cm must be exactly 50 mm. If it is not, set the print scale to 100% or “Actual size” and print again.
Letter or A4?
Both work. The sheet is under 20 cm wide and fits on one page of either size with 12 mm margins.

Cut out the strip. Wrap it around the finger so the end meets the START line, and read the size at the line where it meets.
Circles: lay a ring that fits on the circles. The right size is the circle that matches the inside edge of the ring.
